Semiforêt provides microcement application services for floors, bathrooms, walls, stairs and selected custom surfaces in Singapore.
Our application system is designed around proper substrate assessment, base preparation, reinforcement where required, controlled layering, finish consistency and sealed surface protection.
Because microcement is a thin decorative surface system, the final result depends heavily on the condition of the existing substrate and the quality of each application step. Before installation, we assess the project area, surface type, moisture risk, cracks, hollow tiles, transitions, corners and wet-area requirements.

Primer is applied according to system requirements.
Reinforcement mesh is installed where required.
The substrate must be properly covered and prepared before finish layers begin.
1. Base Preparation
Completion Standards
A good microcement project should be assessed not only by colour and texture, but also by base preparation, edge treatment, junction quality, sealer completion and final site cleanliness.
Our handover standard focuses on visual consistency, neat transitions, completed sealing and practical readiness for daily use.
2.Surface Finish
Finish coats are applied to the required number of layers.
Internal and external corners should appear visually neat and consistent.
Shadow gaps, wall-floor junctions, and transitions should be visually straight and clean where specified.
No obvious large-area colour inconsistency, exposed base, or material sagging should be visible under normal inspection.
Sealer must be fully completed.
The finished surface should be clean and free from obvious construction dirt.
Site waste should be cleared before handover.
The final visual effect should remain consistent with the approved sample within normal handcrafted tolerance.
