Test Reports
& Material
Evidence
Selected third-party laboratory results and supporting technical documentation for Semiforêt microcement and related material systems.
Performance should be read together with the test method and tested sample.
Laboratory values describe the samples and conditions stated in their respective reports. Installed performance also depends on substrate condition, preparation, system build-up, workmanship, protection and curing.
From Statement
to Evidence.
Technical performance is more useful when a claim can be traced to a test item, result, standard, laboratory and original report.
This evidence library therefore presents selected results alongside their source documents rather than relying on broad descriptions such as “strong”, “safe” or “durable”.
Original signed reports remain the governing documents whenever formal verification is required.
Selected
Test Results.
Selected laboratory results for submitted Semiforêt microcement samples, including surface hardness, ball indentation hardness and 28-day strength testing.
Floor Ball Indentation Hardness
Average result reported for the tested Semiforêt microcement floor sample.
Wall Ball Indentation Hardness
Average result reported for the tested Semiforêt microcement wall sample.
28-Day Compressive Strength
Tested result for the submitted Semiforêt microcement sample. The report lists a technical requirement of ≥25.0 MPa and records the result as qualified.
28-Day Flexural Strength
Tested result for the submitted Semiforêt microcement sample. The report lists a technical requirement of ≥8.0 MPa and records the result as qualified.
Mohs Hardness
Mohs hardness result reported for the submitted Semiforêt microcement sample.
Results Apply to Tested Samples
Laboratory values should not be interpreted as a universal guarantee for every installed surface. Substrate condition, application and curing remain part of project performance.
Emissions &
Mold Resistance.
Selected submitted samples were assessed for volatile organic compounds, formaldehyde, benzene-series compounds and mold resistance under the methods stated in the reports.
VOC & Formaldehyde
VOC and formaldehyde were reported as N.D. — not detected below the respective method detection limits — for the submitted sample. The report states compliance with the relevant GB 18582-2020 limits.
VOC, Formaldehyde & Benzene-Series Compounds
The 2021 report records VOC, formaldehyde and tested benzene-series compound content as not detected under the cited method limits for the submitted sample.
Mold Resistance
Mold resistance was assessed according to GB/T 1741-2007. The submitted microcement sample was reported as Grade 0 under the stated test criteria.
Reaction to
Fire Testing.
The submitted inorganic decorative microcement sample was evaluated under the Chinese building-material fire-performance classification framework stated in the report.
Fire Performance Classification
The report classifies the tested sample as A (A1) according to GB 8624-2012. This wording reflects the classification stated in the original Chinese report and should not be interpreted as a European Euroclass claim.
Measuring
Renewable
Carbon.
Biobased Carbon Content
Beta Analytic reported 62% biobased carbon content, expressed as a fraction of total organic carbon, for the submitted “Semiforest Biobased Paint Microcement Colors” sample.

Radionuclide / Radioactivity Test
This report relates to a tested high-alumina cement raw material rather than a completed Semiforêt microcement system. It is therefore presented separately from finished-product performance evidence.
Raw-material test results should not be automatically attributed to the complete installed microcement system. Refer to the original report for the exact sample identity, test method and conclusions.

Context.
Historical Brand Name
Some earlier third-party technical documents may identify the tested material under the former brand name “DUCKBUBI”. DUCKBUBI was a previous brand name used before Semiforêt. The original report wording is retained for transparency.
N.D. Means Not Detected
“N.D.” indicates that the measured result was below the method detection limit stated in the corresponding report. It should not be interpreted as an absolute zero value.
Subcontracted Test Items
Certain WEIPU reports mark selected test items with an asterisk. According to the declarations within those reports, asterisk-marked test items may have been subcontracted with client permission.
Tested Sample vs Installed Project
Laboratory results describe the submitted sample and test conditions. A completed project's performance also depends on substrate stability, preparation, application, detailing, protective finish and curing.
Original Reports Govern
This webpage summarises selected technical information for easier reference. Original signed reports, including their test conditions, declarations and limitations, remain the governing documents for formal verification.
